Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to our company. Any information collected on our site is kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed. We collect only the information that you choose to share. If you request a catalog, we need your name and address. If you place an order, we collect your bill to and ship to information, contact information (for customer service purposes only) and your payment details. Our web page does not automatically collect information about visitors (i.e. email addresses), it does however collect your email address and password when you go to place an order so we can help you with either of those if you have “lost” either piece of information. Individual’s who request a catalog, join our list serve, or order a product on our site may receive periodic postal mailings and /or e-mail notifications from our company. We normally only send out 4-6 postal mailings per year, and 3 to 4 emails per month. You may elect not to receive some or any of these mailings by contacting us at: 1-800-839-0821 or at info@firecache.com and reference what catalog or correspondence you would like to cancel. The Supply Cache will not call you, except if needed in a customer service capacity for an order. Again any personal information you have provided to us is not sold or given to any third parties.
